Laptop Liberators Electronic Repair LLC

This is my second review for this small business. We have used Laptop Liberators before and we were very happy. So when my son needed to have his iPad repaired because it would not charge I am sad to say they weren't my first thought. I went to one of those cell phone repair places. I actually went to several. They all said the same thing it will be at least a $100 and take a week or so to fix. Then they saw it had the slightest bend and told me it wasn't worth repairing or it would break when they opened it tou should just get a new one. So we choose to not to fix it. After a few months it all of a sudden dawned on me to contact Josh at Laptop Liberators. He said yes he could fix it. I also had a Blue Yeti microphone that needed a USB port because the old one had been yanked out basically by the cat getting caught in the cord. He said that could be fixed too or at least he was willing to try. I dropped both of on Saturday around 1:00 P.M. Josh texted me with an update a few hours later that he had ordered the parts and it would be $140 for both. The parts would in the next day. On Sunday evening shortly before 7:00 PM I got the text saying they were ready for pick up. A little over 24 hours and we have both items back and they work great. I am very happy. Thank you Josh. We will be back anytime we need one of many pieces of technology we rely on each day fixed.
