I recently decided to replace my aging furnace and AC and got 3 quotes, working with Chris with Lamco. Great experience, very professional and patient answering my numerous questions. I chose Lamco because they've always been excellent on previous HVAC work I've needed at my current and previous home, and their quote was the lowest cost of the 3. Today Tyler and Fernando finished the day and a half job. Like Chris, they were very professional, answered my questions, were super friendly and cleaned up after the work. I'm updating my original review. Today my furnace didn't work. From the service tech it was likely due to a dirty filter. I wish I had been told to check the filter often as it's only 3 1/2 months used and I was never advised as to how often to check/replace. The original installers also left me a spare filter which turned out to be the wrong size. I wish the filter aspect of the job had gone better.

It was a pleasure to do business with Lamco. Tyler and Fernando from Lamco were at my home to install my heating and air conditioning system- they did a great job- they were courteous and professional and cleaned up after the job..and answered all my questions and even gave me a new Thermostat. My gas heating system and air conditioning unit was 25 years old. With winter coming we decided to replace the system before we had issues with it. We called Lamco and Chris came to our home. He looked at the unit and explained what they would do and also some changes that would be done as the building code had changed since our installation. Chris also made recommendations and explained the difference between different stages of the newer furnaces. We went with Lamco due to Chris's time to explain things, his knowledge of the system as well as the price we were given A few days later Skip and Howard arrived and changed out both the furnace and AC unit. They were very considerate and also explained things as they went along if we had any questions. When the job was completed all the old parts were removed and the area cleaned up including vacuuming of the carpet. The job was completed promptly and on time as scheduled. Lamco did a great job for us and I would recommend a call to them for anyone needing service or replacement.
