Apple Care made the appointment, was early but they saw me anyway. Worked on laptop right away! He was unable to repair my PC, didn’t try the same techniques that Apple was trying on the phone with me last night says I’m gonna lose all my day that no matter what so I decided to send it to Apple
Outstanding service. Brought my unresponsive computer in on Tuesday, it was ready on Thursday. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Just got off the phone with Dillon F., he was outstanding, extremely competent, patient, professional and completed the tasks needed expediently!
