I had a new garage door opener installed with a new chain on an existing door. It's been over 2 years since installation, and with basic upkeep of a garage door spray lubricant, it's still working great. Communication was easy and they scheduled the job pretty quickly, came and completed it as well before winter. It was a great decision and I'm very happy I went with them.
Great and quick service. Door was installed incorrectly by a different, Home Depot based installer and it cracked. The original installer won’t take responsibility. Jake at Overhead Door Options came out quickly and repaired it in very cold conditions in a very robust way, at a reasonable cost. Very good company to work with!
From the owner's (Nick) first introduction and presentation of their products and services to the field pre-install review by Colin and the install by Jason of our two beautiful doors we found nothing but professionalism and employees who were both professional and highly enjoyed their job and employment. Excuse the shadows on the doors and no siding as they are more beautiful than the picture shows.
