Andy's glass put new windows in our house and you can really tell the difference this winter,the crew that worked on our home were very professional and did excellent job, so if you need windows replace or fixed, I highly recommend Andy's Glass.
We have a broken window since last winter. We called them in April 23. Got told we would get a call in 6 weeks. We called back 7-8 weeks later and got told we were not in the list so the first person never put our name in the list. We got the manager on the phone end of July and told us he would be three months. We told her it was already four months for us. She found the note and it was never mentioned our window was broken. She told us she would do her best to help us as fast as possible. We are mid-september now and we haven't heard back anything. My husband called back this morning. They told us they didn't care and were too busy to ever help us. This is insane. Do not call them. We cannot find anyone to repair our broken window in Bozeman. This drives me nuts.
I had a rough start with an order from this company that "fell through the cracks", and originally gave this company a poor rating, BUT, with that said, the owner Dan promptly reached out to me and did everything humanly possible to make things right with my order. His honesty and willingness to correct the error caused me to change my rating, and Yes, I would absolutely recommend Lake Glass, and will use them again in the future.
