In this oppressive heat , l&M were only people that picked up the phone called us gave us a response back and even gave us guidance on the phone on how to fix the problem, without them coming out. I highly recommend them. They're very professional and they do a fantastic job. Cheers to you.

They are rude and untimely. I wouldn’t be surprised if they go under in less then a year the way they run their business. I got a outside unit with them last year and it has stopped working twice now and the owner just cursed me out over the phone... now I have to take them to small claims court. Thanks L&M!! My whole family used y’all, but I think we r in the market for someone else, because this was the final straw. Wishing the absolute worst for your business! You don’t deserve to work in this field, especially for yourselves.

Read reviews before selecting L &M and my family highly recommended them; unfortunatlely my experience was different. The quality of the work maybe fine, but the customer service experience from the front office was awful - lacked responsiveness, condescending and dismissive of customer concerns. Lisa (mother) should learn from her son - as he apologized for his mis-steps and my overall experience, which I appreciated.
