Kustom Restoration was highly recommended to me from my insurance agent for water damage in my basement. They were on-site quickly, and started the remediation. Once remediation was completed, Erica, the Project Manager, came to my house to review the restoration process. She stayed very involved throughout the whole process. They repaired the drywall, ceiling, baseboards, carpet, and coordinated the plumbing repair. They also relocated furniture during the carpet installation. Erica, and their whole team was great to work with throughout the restoration. I highly recommend using Kustom Restoration.
