Nice service man. Looked a bit like he was learning on the job. Told me only one choice for new thermostat in the truck. Very expensive. I’d already priced good name brands at big box stores but I’ve been using Dana’s for 25 years. Furnace still didn’t work. He poked around but I lost confidence in him when the furnace didn’t heat and he told me I needed an $1800+ new part with to repair or part guarantee from the company and they said I should just buy a new furnace. And, couldnot tell me when the new part would come in but I had to pay for it up front. Before he left, and all on its own, the furnace starting blowing hot air and now 20 minutes later, my house is warm and toasty. This young service rep told me the furnace would only work intermittently and he didn’t know why it was working at all at this time, even with a new expensive thermostat because ????? Dana was the best but since management has changed the have raised their prices far above what I can afford at all. Before I commit to a new furnace from them, I will shop around. All things being equal, I may still buy a new furnace from Dana. Just had my AC installed and couldn’t be happier! If you’re getting Heat or AC installed, Dana’s is your place. I first reached out through their website and received a call that same day within 5 minutes. Scheduled a free quote where I was helped out by David and he was very thorough and explained the whole installation. I’m telling you this guy came out and did everything. He took his time and made sure I understood everything before he left. I received two other quotes from different companies, and they did not take their time. They were there within 15 minutes then left. When I tell you Dana’s team is knowledgeable and trained, these guys know what they are doing. I felt comfortable with Dana’s and I set up an installation and they got me in within a few days. Other companies told me it would take until March or April. Which is crazy bc it’s winter time. I didn’t understand that. Dana’s. However took me in right away. And they did a fantastic job! They came bright and early in the morning and knocked it out by 1 PM. They showed me the job they did and explained everything that was done. Wow. My AC looks amazing. For those needing AC do not wait til summer. Telling you it’ll be a wait bc it gets hot out here. I wish I had gotten a AC when I first bought my house, but getting an AC with Dana’s was well worth it. They have their own team and electricians. They complete the permit and their warranty is awesome. Don’t hesitate get that AC. I have no regrets now, bc I got it done right with Dana’s. There’s no discount, but who needs that when you know your AC will last forever and the team handling it will make sure it’s installed right and will be taken care of. Hit up Dana’s asap and get that AC. 5 STARS!
