The guys did an excellent job. They conducted themselves courteously and professionally. We had the ducts cleaned. All the ductwork was inspected in the crawl space. They repaired some joints that were not properly installed when we built the house. They found some leaks and repaired all. They cleaned everything up and helped put furniture back. I highly recommend!

Nice service man. Looked a bit like he was learning on the job. Told me only one choice for new thermostat in the truck. Very expensive. I’d already priced good name brands at big box stores but I’ve been using Dana’s for 25 years. Furnace still didn’t work. He poked around but I lost confidence in him when the furnace didn’t heat and he told me I needed an $1800+ new part with to repair or part guarantee from the company and they said I should just buy a new furnace. Just had my AC installed and couldn’t be happier! If you’re getting Heat or AC installed, Dana’s is your place. I first reached out through their website and received a call that same day within 5 minutes. Scheduled a free quote where I was helped out by David and he was very thorough and explained the whole installation. I’m telling you this guy came out and did everything. He took his time and made sure I understood everything before he left. I received two other quotes from different companies, and they did not take their time.
