K&D staff were very professional and friendly! From the moment I called in, they quickly noted my concern and had me on the schedule with a technician the next day! When the technician (Ragen) arrived...he was on-time, and he very quickly diagnosed the issue with my ice maker. Parts were immediately ordered and installed within a week! Thanks to all at K&D for your professionalism, customer focus, and for providing top-notch service!
We are so grateful for K&D Appliance for repairing a burner on our brand new gas range. Scheduling a service appointment with them was so easy and convenient, and communication was great! The service technician was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. When I called Whirlpool to explain the problem with my washer K&D called me within minutes to set everything up. As soon as the part was received they set up an appointment with me and arrived within 15 minutes of the first hour that was given. Very impressed! Brent was very friendly and took care of the washer issue in minutes. Very professional. Great service! I would be very comfortable using their services again, if needed. Mine was covered under a warranty, so no idea about prices.
The Service was great, and I especially appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of my technician Brent. He did a wonderful job explaining the issue and the problems. Brent was quick to respond to the service call and also worked with my schedule to make the process much easier.
