Sick to death that I have to even leave 1 star. I was told how thorough their cleaning service was and that after place was cleaned someone would go thru and check work, which obviously never happened. Every time i went there was hair on furniture. Even after i dropped off there pet rollers. Only me and my wife used those. Yes to actually clean. There was food and crumbs on chairs, never swept or vacuumed and left laundry everywhere and never told me that it was there, even after i agreed to finish it since they were in such a hurry to move to the next house. As a matter of fact they were in such a hurry they left my front door wide open for anybody to just walk right in. Owner should probably either check work or higher better quality people. Save your self the heart ache and well overpriced fee and keep looking if you come across this company. Absolutely awful company.

Hired after a disaster eviction. They claimed to have washed the walls to remove the cigarette stains. Nope! My finger still wipes to yellow! They lost the note about the washer/dryer being dirty and just didn’t do it. They didn’t look in the utility closet where a woman’s thong and perfume bottle were hiding… cleaned the inside of the refrigerator, but couldn’t goo-gone the adhesives on its door?!?!?! Called Laura to make it right and was told they would bill me more for yet another call out. Was told they do not do cigarette stain cleaning… but yet I got billed for this??? I also operate a business in the Short Term Rental / Vacation Rental segment. This agency is a great way to get negative reviews on your properties! Would not recommend!
