Karl's TV, Appliance & Furniture Gillette

After a 3-month wait with a big box store, ALL my friends said, "GO TO KARL'S!" I did and I will never shop anywhere else. I got my stove and refrigerator with Tye's help. He knew about all the appliances in the store, showed me what I asked for, and we brought them home the next day. Great selections, too! We could have taken them home that day, but didn't have a truck with us. UNHEARD of these days to get what you want same day. GO TO KARL's!!!

Our fridge of less than a year old stopped working. We were given a day a week later they could repair. Cancelled that day and offered a loaner fridge (keep in mind we have graduation coming and need fridge space for cakes/food). We agree to the loaner. They deliver, a beat up, smaller, awful looking fridge that is now in my house for everyone to see on graduation with no hopes of getting our large fridge, that we paid a lot of money for and picked up ourselves, back for another 2 weeks???? And they refused to just give us a replacement because that’s not up to them? Never buying here again.

Our fridge went out in December, I went into karls expecting the worst, to purchase another $1000+ fridge. When speaking with the manager, she asked if our broken fridge was purchased there, [it came with the house]. We told her who the builder was and she pulled the fridge up and found it still to be under warranty. We set up a date for karls to come grab our old fridge and they were kind enough to let us use a Loaner fridge for the 1.5 months. Greta service, great quality of work, and great customer service. I will be a returning customer.
