Vanessa Terrell & her amazing team at NOVUS Glass of Gillette, Wyoming, were AMAZING! Our Volvo XC90's windshield was completely destroyed by a severe hail storm heading towards Rapid City, on July 3rd at 6pm, after working hours right before a major holiday (Independence Day) & no one was answering phones at every repair place we called except Safelight, yet Safelight couldn't get us service until Monday July 10th, but we scheduled anyway, thinkibg that was our only option. Then I called my dear friend Jenny who lives near Gillette to ask if she knew anywhere we could get our windshield repaired near where we were staying in Deadwood, SD, and she immediately recommended NOVUS, and Vanessa said she could get us in for a complete windshield replacement on the 6th. We were blown away! Here's why: Timeline: Car windshield trashed at 6pm on the 3rd. Car windshield perfectly and expertly repaired by 4pm on July 6th! AMAZING! Where else just before a major holiday can one get a major car repair within 3 days??
