We went in to get educated about pellet stoves. Jane was incredibly helpful and informative. Did not feel pressured at all to buy a stove. We would highly recommend Nelson fieplaces.

Several years ago we bought a pellet stove from Nelson Fireplace. They were a pleasure to deal with so we have continued to call them to do full cleaning and check of our stove every Fall. The crew that comes out is friendly and they do an incredible job. Everything is spotless when they leave. They provide fantastic service and we highly recommend them.
