We had a plumbing emergency and needed quotes. Kaizen came immediately (within the hour), assessed the problem, and quoted us a fantastic rate- they were available to do the work, and finished in an hour. Extremely professional. I dearly wish I knew of other professionals as capable, and I wouldn’t worry about things going wrong. You want this team working for you- they’re great.

They were great. David is so nice and did a beautiful job installing my new hot water heater. I had called another company prior to Kaizen and their cost was almost 2 grand more. I will definitely use them again.

Would highly recommend Kaizen Plumbing. Great customer service. Dave was very professional, informative and friendly. I really appreciate the dedication he put in to trying to help us with our clogged sink and the information he provided. The office was quick to answer the phone and their text reminders and tracking was accurate, fast and super helpful. We will be using Kaizen again if any new problems arise.
