They installed the flooring for our kitchen/dining room/living room space that we renovated in fall 2024. Their work was great. The floor ties in seamlessly to the family room which has an older hardwood, and amazingly you can barely tell where the old floor ends and the new floor begins. Our other contractors necessitated schedule changes and Kaiser was accommodating. Just the other day 1.5 years later), a transition to the basement stairs came unglued and they came all the way out and repaired it for us. Great service and great to work with!
