I tried solving problems with James and all he wanted to do was lie and talk belligerent to me. His word means absolutely nothing and make sure you get everything in a contract with this guy. He also doesn't care about his smaller customers as he stated on the phone. It should not matter rather you spend $1,000 with a company or a million dollars with a company all business should be valued the same. Also very hard to get a response out of James for insulation bids and house bids. Hope someday he learns to be honest and talk to his customers like they actually matter!
