J. White Contracting exceeded expectations. Excellent outcomes, excellent service, and a terrific staff. We're already working with them to plan our next endeavor!
John was easy to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the work truly stands out.
I hired J White Contracting to apply coating, replace screws, and put flashing on my barn roof. Three months, 8,000 dollars, and a leaking barn later, I truly regret my decision. One week after they "finished" the job, I noticed the barn was still leaking. After climbing up on the barn roof, I was shocked to realize that they tacked on fake metal to one side of the roof to make it look like they had placed flashing, when, in reality, it was just useless metal. Three months later, the wind has blown most of the "flashing" off, and the barn still leaks. I also discovered that three of my tools were missing. Upon reaching out to them, I received a sequence of promises and vows. They said they would come back and finish the job before winter. Nothing. They said they would work something out regarding the missing tools. Nothing. They said they would come "next week," for over a month. Nothing. They said they would compensate me for the unfinished, deceitful completed work. Nothing. Next thing I know, they say they are in Florida. Now, I am stuck with a leaky barn, metal flashing flying around, missing tools, and a bad taste in my mouth. If you want to constantly be questioning the truthfulness, honesty, and professionalism of your workers, then I highly recommend them. If you want your job to be completed without deceit, missing items, and empty promises, then I recommend you look elsewhere other than J White Contracting.
