Not only did he take care of the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to explain how our water heater works and what to look out for in the future. Justin is quick, efficient, and fair! Wouldn’t want to call anyone else. Exceptional service. My AC went out and it was 90 degrees out. I was concerned about the well-being of my dog and cat. He came as quickly as I called. Within 15 minutes (probably less) he had the issue resolved. We’re back to comfort! In addition, he’s the best I’ve dealt with thus far. Every other company felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. It’s refreshing to work with a straight shooter.
