We had a furnace equipment emergency and contacted Goff Heating & Cooling. We have had Goff as our go to company for twenty years. They responded and found the problem and fixed it for us. However the technician found we had a serious issue and needed to look into a new furnace. On Monday at the scheduled time a sales representative Joe followed up on the request. Joe was professional and very informative. We did purchase a new furnace. Joe said the installation team would be here the next day. The installation team arrived and started right away with the installation. The team was very professional and extremely careful not to make a mess or damage the walls to the basement. The team Mike, Julian and Devin were fantastic they had the job done in no time. Mind you this was Saturday evening when Goff was called about the issue and by Tuesday afternoon we had a new furnace. Thank you Goff for the fast and professional way you handled our crisis. Additional services were needed to hook up the air conditioner since the weather has gotten better. Jack and Devin came back and did great finishing up the job. Very satisfied with Goff.
