Have used I&M for years and like always did not fail. Our business furnace panel went out and they were here within an hour of our call and fixed what was needed and cleaned out the chimney flue for air passage. Highly recommend!! Price was very reasonable and how quick it was responded to well worth the $$$
Very professional. Spent all the time needed to explain what he was doing and why. We had been without heat for almost 5 weeks, as our home warranty company sent a different provider initially and parts took weeks to get approved. I&M first came out Fri and got our furnace working by Monday. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
(UPDATE) after some time I received a call from the company they did make this right and refunded me what I was over chearged...I called at 9am Thursday morning. Matt showed up at 11am, diagnose the problem, he left to menards for the replacement part. He NEVER RETURNED OR CALLED. Came back after hours next day. $1k charge!! STEER CLEAR @COST! $700 In Labor charges because them finally showed up to my house after hours to finish the job that they started the day before. Vented my water heater by moving the drywall and rising it a few inches (see photo) and said don't put nothing on the floor.. For the price I paid they should of at least vented the water heater into the dining room So that it could circulate better. And I wouldn't have carbon monoxide built up again. Older Gentlemen stomped around slam doors and was yelling so loud that my neighbor could hear him period.
