Luis was excellent! Thorough, patient and informative. His questions got to the root of the problem and he put my concerns for our auxiliary Heating to rest. We have more work to do but Luis was the best servicemen I've had visit yet, with a focus on quality and safety. Highly recommended.

I called to get an estimate to replace an old broken cast iron flange and reseat a toilet. They told me they wouldn’t do an estimate without seeing it first and I’d have to pay $99 for someone to come look at it, and I’m assuming that would have been applied to the repair. I offered to send detailed photos of the flange and the drain from below from the basement and informed them I already had someone else give me an estimate of $325 by looking at the photos.
