First experience with Just Better Home Services and was extremely pleased with Michaels professionalism and He was prepared with parts needed..courteous... efficient...and he shared info about the plumbing repairs. Fair pricing for parts and emergency call fees. Highly recommend them for any home repairs... electric, plumbing etc repairs.
I have a type of plumbing that is known as Quest which is prone to bursting. I have experienced flooding from such bursting . In order to prevent future plumbing floods I wanted to have an automatic leak detector- and water shutoff installed. I chose the Moen Flo Water Monitoring and Leak Detector System. The system automatically shuts the water off if a Leak is detected. A tech name Wesley came to give me an estimate the day after I called the Company. I approved the installation and as he had the unit on his truck he Installed the unit in about two hours. All is now well. Wesley was very pleasant to work with. He was neat and proficient. I highly recommend Just Better Home Services.
We had a great first experience with Just Better Home Services. We called for an electrical issue in our home and service was prompt (we were also given the option to get a tech out asap for a small additional fee). The company is transparent, up front, and fair with pricing. Our technician, Michael, was awesome. He took time to listen to our issues and explain what he was doing. He was professional and personable and wasted no time fixing our issue. We will definitely be using Just Better Home Services for any future issues and we will be requesting Michael.
Lee got my burst pipes fixed in a quick and timely manner, was professional and friendly, and I feel confident that the issue was fully resolved. He tested everything that needed checking related to the issue and also gave me some estimates for other things he recommended my old house needs. I’m happy with the service and would use Just Better again in the future.
