I've seen their trucks in our neighborhood and decided to call them for an estimate on a landscaping project at our home. The first time I called, I provided my name, number, and brief summary of the project; no one called me back. Eight days later, I called again and the person who answered the phone sounded surprised that I had waited so long for a return call. She said she would try to find out "whose desk your lead is on" and call me back; once again, I never received a return call. When I called for the third and final time, my call went straight to a recording in the middle of a business day. Guess they don't want new business, but they could at least say so.
