Horrible experience. Dropped my wife’s wedding ring off for repair. Was told a week to a week and a half. Called so many times and was told they have a family issue-understandable. 7 weeks later after telling them I was coming to get my ring they repaired it. First thing was I was still charged. Wife noticed they never dipped the ring after repairs. Two weeks later same prong broke off. Called back so many times and went to the location with the door locked. I just want my money back at this point. I do understand family situations but to disregard all your customers for months is horrible service. We all have stuff that happens but we still have our responsibilities. Don’t leave a message-no return call.
