Keith AC called me to schedule my regular maintenance and the tech (Cutter) they sent was incredible. He went above and beyond on every aspect of the service, explained what was working and where I couuld take better care of the system myself. He reconfigured settings to make sure the system operated at peak efficiency without even asking.
The Keith Air Conditioning team that came out to my office was wonderful. Erik and Dylan H. were professional, friendly, and hard working. They were careful and respectful when moving furniture around to access places in the ceiling and very quick to put a space back together. Great job and thank you.
John Taylor our air conditioning service tech did his routine service call today. He was pleasant and kept us informed of what he was doing and gave a full explanation of what he saw and accomplished during his visit. Great to feel comfortable with what was done to keep our A/C and heating running without issues.
We have a home maintenance contract for twice yearly servicing to keep our /AC heat pump in good working order. One of the Keith service technicians, Cutter Pitts, came by yesterday. We were impressed by his thoroughness and his professional skills at assessing potential issues, not to mention his friendly attitude and his ability to explain and show pictures of what he found during the servicing. Our heat pump is not a new unit so understanding the signs of wear and tear that he found was really helpful and trusted information. Thank you, Cutter and thank you Keith AC!
Marcellous Clemons did an incredible job on our routine maintenance. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain the current status of our unit and what to look for if we run in to any issues. We have had an excellent experience with Keith in general, but Marcellous took it to the next level of customer service. Highly recommend!
