Will is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. We were driving back home the day before Christmas when I hit a rock on the road. We had to stay the night at a nearby hotel and the next morning I called every shop within a 50-miles radius. I didn’t expect anyone to pick up the phone. To my surprise, when I lost all hope, Will picked up. When I explained our situation, he was very empathatic and told me that he knows someone who might be working on Christmas Day. He made a call to his friend and got back to me very quickly with a confirmation that his friend would help us with our car. We took our car to his friends's shop and could get back to home that evening. His friend's shop doesn’t show up in Google search. Without Will's help, we wouldn’t have been able to find a shop that day and come back home. Our kid was so happy to be back home before Christmas was over. We appreciate your generosity, Will! We have had excellent service from Will and his team. We were sent there because we had a Volkswagen and the transmission was dead. They replaced it at a 1/4 of the cost the dealer quoted. Prices are more than fair, they follow through and search for parts at the best price to give you the best price. Highly recommend!
