Js Plumbing & Heating

I am an absentee property owner and in the middle of rehabbing a 7 unit apartment building. I hired JS plumbing to RE-plumb the building I provided a deposit of more than $13,000.00. The building is partially occupied and was to be completed in phases. Initially, JS plumbings work and communication seemed to be both timely and professional. Unfortunately, as time progressed the communication dropped off and the pace of the work slowed dramatically over the course of a year stalling the project with virtually NO COMMUNICATION despite multiple attempts to reach JS plumbing. The work recently came to known stop when another contract I had hired, called me to tell me my plumber (JS plumbing) was removing materials from the property and quitting the job again without communicating with me. I still do not know the reasons why the pace slowed and the communication stopped because every voicemail and email I’ve sent has gone unanswered… I personally could not recommend this company.
