Even though I reached out last minute, they still managed to fit me into their schedule and treated my situation like a priority. Their technician was extremely professional, polite, and respectful. They diagnosed and fixed my issue in a very reasonable time frame, and the pricing was good for the quality of service I received. What truly impressed me was that I live out of state, and despite my limited time window, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved before I left. Pedro is an incredibly hard worker and incredibly talented and knowledgeable with all things involving the security camera installation and maintenance industry. He goes above and beyond the industry standard based on the many quotes I received before deciding to hire him. He came to my home and provided a full hour, very detail oriented free consultation. We devised a plan at the consultation and a week or so later the entire camera system was installed and operational. With no fault to his own, one of the cameras from the manufacturer Pedro installed, the volume feature didn’t work. Long story short Pedro installed the camera and let us keep it because the video worked. He then came back promptly the next week to replace the defective camera. While Pedro came back to install a new camera to replace the defective one, we decided to add another camera because we were so enamored and pleased with the quality of the camera system. You cannot place a price tag on family safety. We feel safe and secure and all thanks to Pedro and his phenomenal team. You will not be disappointed with Pedro’s service and customer support.
