Allstate Sprinkler is an excellent and reliable vendor for our commercial buildings here in the Bronx. They’re extremely communicative, professional, and always get the job done. Melissa, our service rep, consistently puts our buildings first and makes sure all my questions are answered. Brianna is a huge help with monthly scheduling and maintenance — she even signed me up for their online portal and always assists whenever I need help. Yahaira handles our repairs and maintenance scheduling, and she’s always accommodating and flexible, especially since we don’t have maintenance staff at all of our buildings. She understands our internal process and always ensures the work gets done. Tatiana manages our FDNY inspections seamlessly, and Yvette has helped me clear over 50 violations in the past year! She’s patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping us stay in compliance. Lenny has built an amazing team that’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about their clients. The fact that Allstate now services fire alarms as well is a major plus. This vendor is dependable, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend checking them out!
