I’ve been working with Allstate Sprinkler for our inspections, and I just want to say how great the experience has been. Our inspector, Akeel, is always friendly, professional, and really on top of everything. You can tell he takes his job seriously and cares about doing things right. When we were in the process of renewing our contract, I reached out by email and Melissa Gobinda and Julius Damato handled everything smoothly. Allstate Sprinkler is an excellent and reliable vendor for our commercial buildings here in the Bronx. They’re extremely communicative, professional, and always get the job done. Melissa, our service rep, consistently puts our buildings first and makes sure all my questions are answered. Brianna is a huge help with monthly scheduling and maintenance — she even signed me up for their online portal and always assists whenever I need help. Allstate Sprinkler is a very professional and efficient company. We had a frozen sprinkler head that burst and Allstate responded right away and is handling our FDNY violation. Yvette Ortiz and Giselle Pagan are very responsive and work with us to maintain our sprinkler system and help us navigate when we have any type of emergency. I would recommend Allstate Sprinkler for all your sprinkler needs.

Fantastic service from Tatiana at Allstate Sprinkler. She handled the entire Certificate of Correction process for our FDNY summons and was very communicative throughout and secured a complete dismissal. Highly recommend!
