SERVPRO of West Bronx

I have worked with Christian and Freddy three times over the last two years. They are fantastic. They are very responsive at all hours and days. They have come quickly within 24 hours but also when I need to schedule around my work schedule. Both times they have done major clean up-throwing out heavy flooring and removing layers of mud until you can see the white walls again. And I really like that they leave the dehumidifier machines until I feel like it is dry. Great job from the team. They kept me informed of the steps and left the workspace neat and clean at the end of every workday. They carefully and methodically boxed the content of the cabinets that needed to be removed to access the affected areas.

Our home's basement flooded after a windy and rainy storm that knocked our power. Servpro came right away once the storm had passed and pumped out the water quickly, set up propellers and dehumidifiers to dry it out, sprayed anti-microbial/fungal spray multiple times. They also provided us with generators that brought the power back on for some devices so that we could work from home/charge our devices. They also knocked out some of the wet sheetrock and removed the flooring as well, and disposed of all the garbage. Very please to have worked with them. Highly recommend. Christian Freddy and Mike were excellent to work with.

From the very beginning with speaking with the office, Christian The office manager, and then speaking with Freddy, the manager on site, I was treated respectfully and very professionally. They came. And accomplished exactly what they said they would do. I Was Also alerted that I did not have caps in the basement. I Highly recommend Them without reservation.
