H2O Well & Pump

Our well pump failed on a Sunday. I called 4 well service companies and the only one with a positive response was H2O Well & Pump. They asked me to text my address to them and we had running water within about 3 hours from the call. Professional, great service (with a smile). They did a great job without trying to upsell anything. Greatly appreciated with my economic condition. No nonsense great service at a great price. I'd like to give them lots more stars, but 5 is the maximum this system allows. I highly recommend them for your well needs.

We were not familiar with H20 Well and Pump, but knew they had been in Barrington for many years. We were referred to them when our well tank began to malfunction but was still under warranty. Our regular plumber was not able to get the manufacturer to honor the warranty, but Kurt got it done! And FAST. He and Mark promptly obtained the new free tank and installed it for a very modest labor cost (less than our plumber wanted to charge for labor). This saved us about $1,000. It was exceptional service and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable, great work, careful with our floors, and well-priced. We will be using them for all our well needs going forward!
