I think this place has changed ownership a few times in the last 4/5 years. About 3 years ago a guy and his son came out, fixed our stove in a timely and affordable manner. Since then I can't ever get a hold of ANYONE there. There's ALWAYS a sign up, be back in 5, be back in 20, etc. Theyre NEVER there and NEVER answer the phone. I need to get my fridge fixed buuuuut as much as I like to keep my money/business local i think this time I'm going to call the Maytag people.
Bought a washer for $350,would not spin water out of clothes. I took videos. This was for my 76 year old sister-in-law, just her. She decided to get a new one. Took it back, has 60 day warranty, she had it two weeks. He said THE MACHINE WILL TELL HIM WHAT HAPPENED. When we first picked it up the he made sure to say DON'T OVER LOAD IT.. Sorry this is long...Waited 3 days, no phone calls so stopped by. He said it was ready but there was a charge..$300 FOR MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION, DID NOT ASK, WON'T HONOR WARRANTY BECAUSE THE MACHINE SAID IT WAS OVERLOADED!! WE WERE CALLED LIERS FROM BEGINNING! THIS GUY IS A JERK AND BIG TIME SCAMER!!!! STAY CLEAR DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY
A prompt greeting, they let us explore at our own pace. Everything that need work was clearly labeled and all the fridges were on to show they worked. Worked out a good deal for buying multiple items. Loved them and will be recommending them to friends!
Very prompt response and service. Prices were very good. Had parts to fix my dryer. Would recommend them and use their service again. They thoroughly cleaned our dryer and made it safe again. Didn’t realize how bad the lint and pet hair was. Major fire hazard removed. Avoided a potential fire hazard.
