I met Logan and Erick and got to talking about cars. They both said they work at Loyalty Auto and are both respectful, knowledgeable young men representing your business (to the owner). I would totally try to poach these guys for my business if I didn't know any better! I'll come here for any future mechanical needs for my cars. I like supporting businesses in the area that are local.
My starter went out Friday night (of course!!) I was shocked to discover they had weekend hours. Ezekiel texted me on the weekend and told me if I got it there as close to 8am as possible it would help to ensure a same day repair. Towed it with my roadside so of course they didn’t get it there until after 10. It took Loyalty less time to do my car repair (starter on a Lexus looked a bit more complicated than most to me) then it took me to get roadside assistance. Everywhere else I called was one to two weeks out. Their prices are really good as well!! In all honesty I don’t believe I have ever had a car repair done as quickly and efficiently as this!!! Thanks Loyalty Auto!! And thank you Austin (I hope I remembered your name correctly) for fixing my car And Ezekiel for scheduling me and putting up with my annoying texts this weekend! 10/10 recommend these guys!
I cannot say enough about the great service and price! These guys saved me over $700, did not replace parts unnecessarily, no charge to diagnose an abs problem (previous shop said $156 just to diagnose abs and $1400+ for cooling system repairs). Very pleasant staff. I am beyond grateful for everything!
I had just replaced my whole AC system and the last step I needed was for it to get evacuated and recharged, the guys at loyalty auto were able to fit me in the same day even though they were busy! Took they were super fast, took them 30 minutes to do the job I needed and not only that, they were the cheapest in town! Definitely recommend checking these guys out!
These guys are really top-notch those ones that they say are 'cut from a different cloth'. Their quality of services exceeded any of their competitors. They truly did their best to take it easy when it came to costs. That's one of the many reasons I recommend Loyalty Auto LLC to anyone with auto needs, whether it be a needed part in an unfortunate breakdown. Shopping for a quality used vehicle, installing aftermarket upgrades, windows tinting, stereo installation, whatever your Auto needs go to my guys at Loyalty Auto.
