Jeff has been maintaining our pelletstove for 25 years. It starts with a call to his wonderful wife to schedule a date. She is always so pleasant and kind! When the day comes, Jeff (and more recently his son, Henry) are always prompt, efficient, kind, thoughtful, and ALWAYS go above and beyond. If ever there is an issue, they are able to diagnose and make the necessary repair. Was even able to see new grandbaby and puppy pictures today. Thank you Claxton's for all you are!
Claxton’s has been maintaining our stove for the past 12 years. They are reliable, thorough, and very informative with tips on routine maintenance that we can do between cleanings. Nothing beats the peace of mind that comes with a freshly cleaned pellet stove when cold weather kicks in! Highly recommend.
Jeff and Henry very knowledgeable and took their time and did a fantastic job, they are also very reasonable in price. I had a problem after they cleaned our stove, they came back found the problem and fixed the problem at no charge. I would highly recommend Claxtons if you need anything to do with your pellet stove done.
