**Hiring a contractor is only one step below choosing who you marry.** I say this as someone who owns rentals, runs Airbnbs, and operates a small business — the most stressful moments in any of those worlds are when a contracting experience goes sideways. We were referred to **Jorban Roofing** by our favorite window guy, Mike at **Zen Windows**, who’s gone above and beyond for us for years. His recommendation turned out to be another one of those pivotal, *positive* experiences. Jorban came out quickly, reviewed a pergola that had been built incorrectly by another contractor, and provided a proposal so detailed it outlined exactly how to fix every issue. From their professionalism and fair pricing to the consistent word-of-mouth praise from others who’ve worked with them, it’s clear these guys are **best in show**. Roofing is one of the biggest and most expensive projects you’ll face as a homeowner, and I can’t recommend this team highly enough.
We got several bids for our roof and Jordan Roofing was competitive and knowledgeable so we decided to use them to replace our roof. We had some mold and needed quite a bit of wood replaced and they did a great job and also were good with informing us of the progress. When we had questions they answered quickly and did a good job with clean up afterward. I'd recommend Jordan Roofing.
