Miguel was a rockstar, beginning to end. Very kind, patient and respectful. He waited patiently for me to secure funding (took forever), then he got me onto his schedule. Our initial date was pushed back for heat and rain as I would 100% expect and would not want them working in it. Once the roof was sealed up and done, Miguel spent tons of time going all over the yard with a magnet. He was making sure that the pups and kids didn't locate any missed nails with their feet. When roof and gutter repairs were needed at one of our rentals in SE Portland I called a number of companies including Miguel at New Generation Roofing. Miguel was quick to respond, personable, knowledgeable, and did an AMAZING job within 24 hours. One of our tenants even thanked me for going with Miguel because he was WAY more personable and informative than anyone else that came out to assess the situation.
