OMG came to look at our Dishwasher that was making a lot of noise. The tech advised us that the pump was bad. He said he could repair it and gave us an estimate. He also was honest and said it might be cheaper to get a new one. I appreciated his honesty but had him repair ours. He ordered a pump, returned to fix our dishwasher when he promised and his estimate was accurate. I would highly recommend OMG Appliance.

Duel fuel stoptop/oven drama - OMG took care of an install attempt, then came back to repair the existing unit. Anton was fair, fast and professional. Good communication from the company about times and arrivals. I am very happy with the service and if they weren't able to repair this unit, I'd probably be looking at a full kitchen remodel working around getting a new unit - so I REALLY appreciate their skill and ability to repair a 35 year old oven! I will definitely keep this company's number in my contacts list.

Their technician came three times to fix the water and ice in my refrigerator, but the issue was never resolved. The freezer items began to soften (melt). They charged me $437 ($79 upfront and $358 via Zelle). They never apologized, and the invoice did not include a license number. Even after I asked for it, they did not provide one. no detail no license number on invoice.
