AA Rite-Way Roofing

Well what can I say ? We had 6 estimates on our Roof. Some came with a salesman and a line of BS that was simply amazing upsell, upsell, upsell and took up hours of time !! Not actually listening to me at all. It was like a taped speech !! Then last on our list came Jeremy. On time (as a pilot on time is very important ) to me. He walked around our home and made a few suggestions that no one else mentioned. He was thinking NOT SELLING .. Every thing he suggested made sense and was not scripted in any way shape or form.. Well his suggestions totally added to the beauty an functionally of his impeccably installed roof !! He did everything he said he would do and more. On time on budget. And did more than the others offered, for about 10% less.. In closing I will say If you don't give Jeremy a call you have made a Very Very serious mistake !!!!!

Honestly disappointed with the way my warranty was handled. Roofs are roofed by people, who can make honest mistakes. When selling my house, a mistake was called out by an inspector.I called the company to come and fix it, and I was met with many excuses and blame shifting. I was not given the benefit of the doubt or sympathized with whatsoever. I was treated as someone who was trying to scam the system. This company was amazing to work with on the install, gave great prices, did the work quickly. So I was surprised when I was met with such hostility and a fight when I called for warranty support. I was treated very poorly when I asked the company to own a mistake and fix it. They did come to fix the mistake, but made it VERY clear they were not obligated to. They also refused to own the fact that any of the damage was due to their company, and blamed another factors. The roof was installed incorrectly near the chimney and the siding was left directly on top of the shingles, causing water to pool down my chimney into my attic. They came to install more bird boxes because they said we didn’t have enough ventilation, which was also something the company did for us when they put the roof on . One would think they would have provided enough ventilation vents when they installed the roof in the first place. The roofing company is under a different “name” legally, so they don’t legally have any obligation to people who have gotten their roof done by them a few years ago. So crappy. And shady. The same man works here, and knows the previous owner. He didn’t just come from no where and buy this company. He’s been with them for years. Again, shady and avoidant when it comes to fixing an honest mistake that is costing us large amounts of money to fix the mold issue. Again, not great customer service, and now I have a bad taste in my mouth . Been fuming and anxious all day.

AA Rite-Way Roofing was recommended to me by my painting contractor (O'Hara's Construction), who I hold in very high regard. Jeremy from Rite-Way gave me a very fair price right away and started work the day after my approval. I have never seen a harder working and friendlier crew. They did outstanding work and cleaned the property every day they were on site. The roof was always rain tight when they left each day. Luis and Jose were exceptional! I highly recommend AA Rite-Way Roofing to anyone who appreciates quality work.

Jeremy of AA Rite Way Roofing was by far the most professional when it came to getting a bid on my roof and gutters. He was the only business of 3 that game prepared with a complete business package. He was on site daily and great with communicating .I appreciated the information and credentials he provided me and with homes I could actually go and look at to decide on roofing and gutters. I’m very pleased with the work ethic and quality of the job. Roofing is messy but the crew cleaned up daily and had plenty of tarps/ plywood to protect my property. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m so happy with the outcome.
