A power surge on Superbowl Sunday took out the blower motor on our air handler. The Tech (Gabriel) responded quickly, was professional and went above and beyond to locate a replacement motor; it was an older system, and had it installed the next day. Through his efforts, he saved my wife and I thousands of dollars (blower motor Vs new system). Jones Heating & Air saves the day and has a new customer for life. We called Jones Heating & Air for a plumbing issue. We are the DIY types and had got to the last leg of installing the bathtub faucet and on/off handle assembly when we could not get things to line up correctly so it could be bolted in place. It was a Sunday evening we knew that calling a plumber was going to be expensive, but we needed our shower and made the call. We called Jones Heating & Air and their call service in error dispatched Davies Heating and Air. Davies came out finished the installation in less than 15 minutes. We called Davies back the next day because there was signs of a small leak and Davies was going to charge twice what they charged the night before. I was outraged and began blasting my rant. This is when we received a call from Jones Heating & Air trying to get to the bottom of the matter and make it right. Jones dug in immediately and that is when we found out about the dispatch error. Jones Heating was so outraged on our behalf and even though it was not their responsibility JONES HEATING STEPPED UP TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Jones Heating said they would have a conversation with Davies Heating about the services AND would fix the plumbing issues that remained at NO CHARGE. Jones Heating took it upon themselves to make a horrible situation that they were in no way responsible for and made it right at their own expense. Jones Heating came out, tightened everything up, made a few tweaks, and made sure everything was in working order with no issues. I cannot thank Jones Heating & Air enough. JONES HEATING & AIR CARE! They are what I like to call GOOD PEOPLE and that says a lot about a person and about a company. They are all about doing the job right, standing behind their work, and EXCEEDING their customer's expectations. We have added their phone number to our contact list and they will be our GO TO for plumbing needs and more as they have an extensive list of things they do. They have a new customer for life.
