Horrible tried to scam me and damaged my wheels. Came in for 2 used tires got them they tried to over charge me but talked them back down (note if you speak Spanish you get better deal) But now here’s where the real problem happens. I talked to the desk and tire changer people we made a deal on trading a brand new with stickers still on tire for 2 used tires different size. They stated the only issue would be if they have the size I needed and to call in the morning to make sure which I did and they had them for me I confirmed. So after work I went with the new tire talked to the worker told him why I’m there and he brought out the used tires for me I asked how much to have them mounted and put on he said $20 a wheel I said sure run it. He proceeded to take my wheels apart which didn’t make sense since the center cap face didn’t interfere with removing the tire but I thought he was just being cautious so didn’t say anything he removed one tire (ripped it) and while removing the second he comes up to me and says “so you know it’s $60 each tire” I was i shock since we already talked about the deal and when I told him what are you talking about we had a deal he changes his mind and says my brand new tire will only be traded for 1 tire (again makes zero sense since he just said 2mins ago they are charging me for each used tire $60) then said that makes no sense and give me my wheels back cause how can my new tire be traded for only 1 used tire and to add a cherry on top they had plugs and patches on them. He started that my tire is only worth $50 if they sell it. I laughed in his face for bold face lying cause that math doesn’t math a used old plug and patched tire is being sold for $60 but a brand new to the year tire is only $50 😂 when I looked over the wheels I noticed gouges in on the barrel on the wheel multiple and I haven’t got any response about it. Just a huge waste of time and now my wheels are messed up with no tires on them and can’t put them back on because they ripped my original tires. Just got to the east side for used tires these people are a joke and just get over on people.
