Used the Romeoville facility before, but this was a first for the Joliet office & was not disappointed. Work done as promised & done to the estimate quoted. No add ons, additional issues or costs. Also helped with a ride to & from the facility as it was an all day job. Will be back & will spread the word that if your looking for an honest above board & reasonably priced repair shop, this is where to go.
Great work done all around on my vehicle, recently came in for suspension work on my Suburban and have had other major repairs done in the past and feel like the team is very thorough on all things I needed done whether urgently or future wise to look out for. I appreciate the owner as well for transparency and communicating along the way, appreciate you guys!
I’ve been going to Specialty Auto for over 20yrs. Tony and Josh are awesome. The whole staff is friendly and respectful. I’ve referred many family and friends to Specialty over the years. I don’t know what I’d do without them. They often make time to help me with my tire pressure, even when they’re so busy. The thing I like most about Specialty is that they are a friendly neighborhood establishment. Thank you Tony, Josh, and hardworking staff for all that you do.

I have used Specialty Auto for the last 8 or 9 years and always had a good experience. Josh is always professional and straightforward with the repairs and pricing. The wait is sometimes longer than expected because of the amount of vehicles they work on. I guess that can be good thing because they're providing quality work. But there has alsp been a time or two where they got me in and out within 24hrs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs auto repairs.
