I'm from Ohio and camping in the mountains south of Las Cruces. My Inverter/generator wouldn't stay running for longer than 20 seconds so I called Johnson's Ace small engine repair. I was connected to Gabriel and it was one of the best phone calls you could have, being in the mountains with no heat if your RV battery isn't charged. Gabriel patiently walked me through a few items to try myself and he was RIGHT ON with one off his suggestions. I was so excited to get the issue resolved that I called Gabriel back to thank him personally and to assure him that his kindness really went above and beyond. THANKS AGAIN GABRIEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the staff at Johnson's ACE Hardware. I don't know anything about house repairs and they always help me find the right products for my projects. Helpful and friendly.

This fan has been the project from hell. The manufacturer had loose improperly drilled holes, screws not long enough to mount, wiring was wrong etc. I went to ace this morning to solve these problems not really knowing what I needed. The gentleman that helped me (I believe his name was Jamie) knew where everything was and had solutions for every one of my problems. The staff was personable, professional, and courteous. 10/10 will shop here exclusively for my hardware needs.
