Aire Serv of Southern New Mexico

Wish I had chosen Aire Serv first. Clay and his crews repaired and replaced a large portion of the rigid and flex ducting in my crawl space that was not replaced when the previous owner switched from evaporative to refrigerated air conditioning. They were on-time, efficient, courteous and professional at every phase of the job. As the work was fairly extensive, they also corrected numerous eye sores, shoddy craftsmanship, and mis-sized components from work performed by a previous service company. My HVAC system is now noticeably more effective, efficient and professionally installed.

These guys were awesome from the first phone call to the final invoice! Called one day, they came through very next day and I had an estimate the very next day. Some companies didn’t even bother to show or call to let us know that they weren’t coming which is something that we have experienced a lot in Cruces! They showed up when they said they would, they were professional and personable as well! Will, Oscar, and Steve were awesome workers! The first day my heat wasn’t supposed to work because of the work that needed to be done and it was that really cold time a couple of weeks ago. Bro got the work done and some of the next days work so my heat would work and I wouldn’t have to take my family to a hotel! They finished in two days instead of three! Price was awesome! We were quoted almost $1000 more from a different company a year ago!!! Thank you all!

We certainly appreciate the prompt response to our request for semi-annual HVAC maintenance. Technician Jesus Hidalgo arrived as scheduled and quickly surveyed the situation, and began work. It was quite chilly today, but he was properly attired so that he could complete his assignment in a reasonable time. Well spoken, he provided a clear brief as to the systems' status, which in this case was no issues, no recommendations. We thank him, and AirServ for their very Good Work!
