We recently purchased a 20 + year old home with the original air con / heater system. We were pleasantly surprised that it needed just a few new parts and still has some good life left. Our technician arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. Nice young man who was thorough and answered all our questions.

From Desiree, who scheduled the appointment, to Luis, the technician, they were both professional, very kind and helpful! Luis went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable in both HVAC and heating systems and answered all my questions. He even showed me how to properly install the filter explaining the type of filter that would be most efficient. Thank you very much!

An older AC unit expired as the monsoon came in and AirCon was out on short notice to repair/diagnose. Sure enough it was a compressor that blew. They quickly provided us with bids for both a repair and a requested replacement and upgrade to a new Carrier/Bryant system. The bids were detailed, logical, and well-priced for market conditions. We elected to replace and on the day scheduled Martin, Jerry, Antonio and Tony showed up right on time and worked cleanly through the day to install a new HVAC unit and furnace and air handler, all under 10 year warranty.
