The salesperson I was working with, David Rocha, said he would get me estimate payment info if I was the only person on the loan, which communities they have and I received nothing, he kept blowing me off and ignored my requests. I have an approval from a lender and I still received this poor level of service. With four different manufactured home places on the same street, I expected them to do what they can to stand out from their competition. But they didn’t. If my money isn’t any good here, plenty of places will be happy to earn my business. ****update**** I know if I was an owner of this business I would be disappointed to learn that because of my staff failure to communicate with a customer interested in buying a home cost my business $100,000 sale. Other businesses will do what they can to earn business from a customer, this one fell short of my expectations. I just ignoring my request to get simple numbers on different floor plans. I am now in the process of closing on a loan at one of their competitors for $100,000 plus hold. This place could learn how to properly treat customers in good salesmanship.
