I’ve waited a little over a year to write this review. I wanted to make sure I gave an honest and thorough assessment of the work that was done. We contracted Fajardo Design & Construction to build a 500 sq ft back patio, integrated into our original house design (our house was built in 2022) and install an outdoor kitchen as well. I’m a commercial facility manager by trade, and I’ve supervised several projects over 5-7 million dollars, and most recently a 1.2B project in Temple.
