I’ve waited a little over a year to write this review. I wanted to make sure I gave an honest and thorough assessment of the work that was done. We contracted Fajardo Design & Construction to build a 500 sq ft back patio, integrated into our original house design (our house was built in 2022) and install an outdoor kitchen as well. I’m a commercial facility manager by trade, and I’ve supervised several projects over 5-7 million dollars, and most recently a 1.2B project in Temple. I know quality craftsmanship, well managed subcontractors, and a company that knows how to manage a project from cradle to grave. I can’t recommend Fajardo enough. I was impressed and satisfied with every aspect of the project, and the overall quality of construction was impeccable. Money well spent, and if I ever need another contractor I will look no further and hire them, because no matter the cost, I know I’m going to get exactly what I want.
