The stone fell out of my antique wedding ring and we took it in to have the stone replaced. The person who helped us was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the craft. We love the result and will always recommend Johnson Jewelers! Plus, we love that they are family owned and a Minnesota company.
I would not recommend them. We had a great experience trying on different rings. After my fiancé put in an order, it went downhill from there. The lack of customer service and just all around care for clients is concerning. They also have no warranty and just don’t seem to care about the product quality they’re selling. I will never shop here again. We moved to Wedding Day, and have been very happy with that choice. Save yourself the headache by not going here if you’re purchasing a new ring.
Mandy Fallon at Johnson Jewelers is an exceptional professional and did a great job helping us select Jeanne's engagement ring. Her experience shows. She is an excellent listener and took time to know us and what would be symbolic and meaningful for us. We (and she) had fun through the whole purchase. I would highly recommend working with Mandy.
