RUN from Goldwing! If you’re reading this because you have a warranty and Goldwing you’re probably think man there’s a lot of bad reviews. I’ll try to keep it short- first phone call in August 2023- just now on Jan 31st 2024 I got my fridge replaced. 2 different Goldwing techs, 5 total visits and LOTS of phone calls that a part was “on back order” “we ordered the wrong part” “oh sorry the first tech was wrong”. The last day when Frank was here 1/30- he said he had to get gas for a tool and my food was left out for hours, when he left he left behind a stack of other clients invoices (with their contact info) and his work laptop. He also damaged a cabinet drawer and left trash in my driveway. He told me I’d hear from his manager Shawn/Sean but a week later still no call. Shame on this company for being so awful.
