Came in with both rear tires losing air pressure and asked for an inspection. They not only checked the rear but the front also. They were able to repair one of the rear tires but I needed to replace the other and they gave me options that I could live with. We were on the road again in just over an hour and still made it to our next stop in a timely manner. Great service by friendly and courteous staff. If you are in San Antonio and need tire service, this is the place to go.

My new tires weren’t properly installed/balanced and my car was swerving a bit and the steering wheel was pulling on the highway!! Not safe to drive. They put two new tires on the back and rotated the old tires to the front. I called them to inform them but I couldn’t bring it back because I had already started driving back to Houston. The service was also REALLY slow even with an appointment and I was not offered an oil change or any fluid changes. I came in about 910 and wasn’t checked in until 936. I asked if my vehicle would be ready before 1230p because I had to leave. The tire I ordered a few days prior was still not in stock yet so... I inquired on the status at 1140 and they finished by 1200. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. No one acknowledged me for a bit when I came in and they seem to spend on lot of time with customers on the phone. The price is a little higher for tires than at other locations I’ve found. Will update once I get the vehicle checked out af an another shop. The is not a Big Brand store near where I live.

Tony was great to deal with. Would have given a 5 star but due to not having the tires on hand and the warehouse closing at noon on a Saturday. They lost a star. Got 4 tires (not the ones they showed on the website to be in stock for buy 3 get 1 free) had to pay for all 4 of different tires. Would have waited but I was running on my spare and couldn’t risk it. The chairs in the waiting area are horrible for bigger people. The crew is great. Tires are good for all terrain. Ended up paying about a grand more than I expected. But again not much choice due to running on my spare. I will for sure continue to deal with them just wish they had what...
