I had a Bosch dishwasher problem over a weekend. Sent and email on Sunday about getting service and received a call back the next day and a tech out by Tuesday. The diagnosed and fixed the problem in one visit and had the necessary parts on hand. Fantastic.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Rude Behavior
The handle on the bottom freezer drawer of my Samsung refrigerator came off, so I contacted JB Appliances for a repair. They quoted me $140 for the handle and $200 for labor — around $350 total.
A technician named Luis came to replace the handle. After installing it, he briefly opened the drawer and showed me that it was “fixed.” When I tried pulling the handle myself — with the drawer completely empty — it immediately snapped off again right in front of him.
Instead of taking responsibility, Luis rudely blamed me, raised his voice, and demanded payment, even though the handle clearly broke due to poor installation or low-quality parts. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the interaction.
A refrigerator handle should be sturdy enough to pull a loaded drawer — that’s basic. Yet the replacement handle failed instantly, and I was left with both a broken handle and an unpleasant experience.
I would not recommend JB Appliances to anyone. Poor workmanship, inferior parts, and unprofessional behavior — avoid them if you value good service and respect.

We were pleased they contacted us when they has an opening a day earlier than schedule to complete the repair. The technician was quick and knowledgeable with answers to all my questions."
